Ballina Cake Decorating Products

I have recently discovered an excellent sugarpaste that works perfectly with our cup cake top moulds.
Ballina sugarpaste has ideal qualities: firm but easy handling, wonderful taste and sweet aroma, and best of all – unlike other sugarpastes, stays soft on your cup cakes for eating!
We now stock both Ballina Sugarpaste for our cup cake moulds and covering cakes, and Ballina modeling paste easy to use with our other moulds and for modeling figures.
Each pack of sugarpaste will cover approximately 25 cup cake tops using our moulds. Other sugarpastes can be used – but only if firm – too soft and it will stick or distort when removing from the mould.

If you do not want to use the Ballina Sugarpaste, you can use a firm sugarpaste – add some flower paste (as little as possible) until easy to use. Because you are decorating cakes with a shorter shelf life, you do not want the icing too dry too hard before eating.
