Sugarpaste

I am introducing an excellent sugarpaste that works superbly as a paste to cover cakes and use in my moulds.

They are Vanilla and Marshmallow flavours and in my opinion, tastes better than any sugarpaste I have used before.

It has many advantages to other pastes on the market.

The sugarpaste will stay soft for much longer than usual, so is especially good for sponge cakes. It is also ideal for our cup cake top moulds. You have longer to work with it because it doesn’t dry out quickly, therefore very suitable for beginners.
Very smooth texture and cuts easily.
Once opened the sugarpaste will not dry out as quickly. Store any unused sugarpaste in sealed polythene bags – will still be usable months later. Freezable.
Does not require much kneading or icing sugar to work with when rolling out or modeling.
Does not crack over edges of cakes or when shaping models.
For modeling etc, add 1-2 x 5ml of tylo (CMC) powder depending on how hard you need it to dry.
